About Us

Our President, Brenda Bot & her daughter, Jenna, stumbled across Salad Creations in the Boca town centre in Florida. We were inspired by the concept and it wasn’t long after that we transplanted Salad Creations to Canada, opening the first store on Yonge Street in downtown Toronto in January 2009.

Brenda Bot bought the rights to the brand in Canada in December 2008, looking to capitalize on the Salad Creations concept and process, but with a separate and distinct offering for the Canadian market.

Jenna Bot is always busy behind the counter as the Operations Manager for Canada. She is also the creative inspiration for most of the menu, which has been tailored specifically for the Canadian market, and can be found tossing salad and chopping ingredients at our Yonge Street location most days.

Justin Bot is the Vice-President of Canadian Development. He is busy setting up stores and training staff and potential franchisee candidates to run the growing number of franchised Salad Creations Restaurants across Canada.

Salad Creations is a rapidly-growing international franchise offering a fresh alternative to fast food for today’s healthy lifestyle. It is a fast-casual restaurant offering a choice of 4 types of lettuce, over 40 throw in ingredients and a variety of 20 salad dressings. Allow our salad chef to personally prepare your salad or select one of our 12 featured salads or 10 featured wraps. We also have a selection of chef prepared soups and paninis, and catering and delivery is also available. We are environmentally conscious, we serve our salads in red cascading bowls, and use metal cutlery. We are good for you and good for your environment.
