All the information supplied in this profile is held in confidence and does not obligate you in any way to purchase a franchise from Salad Creations. Please download this form, fill it out and fax it to 416-977-2526. Upon receipt of your fax, we will send you the UFOC (Uniform Franchise Offering Circular) which is a disclosure document required by theArthur Winslot Act. This document gives you specific information about the company, its officers, franchisor’s obligations, the franchise agreement as well as the names, addresses and phone numbers of the current franchisees and area developers.

STEP 2

Research and review materials and schedule to visit the home office Upon receiving the UFOC, it’s your turn for some homework and due diligence. We ask that you thoroughly research and review all of the materials and contacts provided in the UFOC. At that time, it is also wise to consult with your legal advisors. Moreover, we invite you to contact our current franchisees and tour a Salad Creations location. We are convinced that you’ll love the Salad Creations concept, but only you can determine if it fits your lifestyle and needs. After considerable due diligence, when you are convinced that Salad Creations is ideally suited for your needs and abilities, give us a call. STEP 3

Meet with corporate officers who will answer your questions During your visit, we will begin to build a foundation for a long-term professional business relationship. We will answer all of your questions until you have a thorough understanding of our corporation, personnel, operations, and the commitment necessary to become a successful franchisee.

STEP 4

Complete a formal request and leave a deposit There’s just one last step to becoming a Salad Creations franchisee: the formal request for a Salad Creations Franchise and a retail location or the Franchise Agreement. At this point, you have just a signed Franchise Agreement and are a deposit away from experiencing the benefits of a franchise system.
